However we are flexible enough to consider alternative forms of loan security including collateral and salary guarantees.
Biashara Plus Loan
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Must have saved for at least 3 months consistently
- Must have a registered business
- Maximum repayment period of 24 months
- Deposit multiplier 4 times
- Security for the loan can either be; guarantorship, own deposit or fixed deposit account

Fanaka Loan
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Loan limit up to Ksh. 300,000
- Repayment period 1 year
- Security: Guarantors, own deposits, fixed deposits
- Deposits multiplier 4 times

Mali Asili Loan
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Long-term asset-financing product, with a maximum limit of Ksh. 5M
- The borrower to have a FOSA account with the Sacco having saved for 6 months
- Member to contribute 25% of the loan amount as deposits

Kilimo Bora Loan
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Member must channel the proceeds from the business sales through Univision Sacco current account
- Bosa deposit multiplier of 2 times
- Repayment period of 1 year
- Security: Perfected, valued and charged title deeds, own deposits, fixed deposit certificate or guarantors
Loan Application

Miliki Loan
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Product require landlords to channel their monthly rental income to Univision Sacco through collection account for at least 6 months
- Repayment period up to 72 months
- Security: Perfected valued and charged title deeds, rental income and own biashara deposits.
- Member to contribute 10% of the loan amount as deposits

LPO Financing
This loan is given to any SMEs of the Univision Sacco who meets the requirements.
Loan Requirements
- Valid LPO from the goverment, Ministry, NGO, Parastal etc
- Valid business registration certificate
- The payments after supply have to be channeled through SACCO
- There MUST be an MOU between the supplier and the client to be supplied/ organization to be supplied
- Security: LPO
- Grace period at least 3 months depending on the project
